Between September and October 2014, Neomar Consulting has conducted a Mystery Shopping study focused on masonry materials.
- The study objectives were focused on analyzing the behavior of dealers and distributors of masonry materials regarding the sales process and recommendations made to end-users in relation to these materials.
- The study included a relevant sample of dealers / important distributors of masonry materials (an exhaustive database of building materials dealers in Romania can be found here)
- Distributors were contacted and interviewed by Neomar Consulting’s specially trained operators for this mystery-shopping project. Contact and discussions with dealers took place face to face, unannounced, at the vendor’s premises during normal working hours.
